Lead Security Architect / Delivery Architect

Position Summary :

We are seeking an accomplished and technically skilled Lead Security Architect / Delivery Architect to design, implement, and oversee the delivery of advanced cybersecurity solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and a strong grasp of modern security frameworks, private and hybrid cloud environments, and enterprise-scale infrastructure.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance hands-on technical delivery with architectural governanceensuring that all solutions meet rigorous security, compliance, and operational standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of complex security solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) that align with business, security, and compliance objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of multiple security technologies across on-premises and private cloud infrastructures.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are embedded across all phases of the solution lifecyclefrom design and deployment to operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering, security, and operations teams during project delivery.
• Act as a trusted security advisor, guiding internal teams and clients on best practices, standards, and emerging trends.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate infrastructure, application, and data security risks.
• Lead incident response planning, vulnerability assessments, and remediation initiatives.
• Develop, review, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, tools, and compliance regulations.
