Locations : : 14+ years.

Role Overview :

As the Databricks Squad Delivery Lead, you will oversee project delivery, team leadership, architecture reviews, and client engagement.

Youll be responsible for optimizing Databricks implementations across cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), while leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Databricks-based solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Databricks architecture, implementation, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms.
  • Oversee Databricks workspace setup, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation within the team by implementing best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

What We're Looking For :

Must-Have :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (Masters or MBA preferred).
  • Hands-on experience delivering data engineering / analytics projects using Databricks.
  • Experience managing cloud-based data pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong leadership skills and client-facing communication.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Proficiency with Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, and distributed computing.
  • Expertise in data engineering concepts (ETL, data lakes, data warehousing).
  • Certifications in Databricks or cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) are a plus.
  • Agile / Scrum or PMP certification is an added advantage.
