Associate Digital Marketing Director

What You’ll Do

Lead Campaigns & Channels

Own mailer and SMS campaigns tailored to patient segments.

Develop and scale social media strategies (paid + organic).

Oversee educational materials (print, digital, video).

Manage branded welcome boxes for new patients.

Collaborate & Coordinate

Work closely with clinical, product, operations, and leadership teams.

Manage vendors and agencies for campaigns and creative execution.

Provide mentorship and prioritization guidance to a Marketing Manager (not a direct report).

Drive Strategy & Performance

Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across multiple channels.

Report on KPIs and set up reporting processes for data-driven decisions.

Test and explore new engagement strategies and marketing technologies.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

6–8+ years in marketing, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, social, print).

Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and segmentation .

Exceptional project management and ability to juggle priorities.

Leadership and communication skills; experience with onshore / offshore teams a plus.

Data-driven mindset with creativity in execution.

Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred but not required.
