About the Role

We’re hiring an Investment Banking Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory. This role is hands-on : you’ll be expected to build financial models from scratch - DCF, LBO, merger models, comps, and precedent transaction analyses—not just update existing templates. You’ll work directly with senior bankers during US hours on live M&A and capital raising deals.

What You’ll Do

• Build detailed valuation and transaction models to support mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
• Draft and refine pitch books, investor decks, management presentations, and board materials.
• Run company and industry analysis, including comps, precedent transactions, and market research.
• Support execution on both buy-side and sell-side M&A, as well as equity and debt financings.
• Coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and ensure accurate analysis under tight timelines.
