Program Manager

We’re looking for a Program Manager to spearhead marketing and outreach initiatives at Inner Compass Village — someone who brings creativity and a spirit of experimentation.

This is an individual contributor role — you are the department! You’ll ideate, design, and execute marketing strategies that amplify our brand and grow our community.

What you'll do :

• Develop and implement marketing and outreach plans across digital and offline channels.
• Design creative campaigns, social-media content, and digital collaterals.
• Drive lead generation, partnerships, and conversion through innovative strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for sales.
• Collaborate with program and leadership teams to tell meaningful stories and drive growth.
