We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Program Manager who can seamlessly manage people, processes, and client relationships. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building strong connections, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Connect : Build engagement by ensuring regular interaction with employees, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
Client Connect : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and high satisfaction levels.
Account Growth : Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts and support business expansion initiatives.
Program Management : Track ongoing activities, maintain reports, and ensure commitments and deliverables are met on time.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to align client expectations and employee performance with organizational goals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Basic understanding of IT / Tech services (preferred, not mandatory).
