About the Role
As a Program Manager at Infopro Learning , you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional customer experiences and driving impactful learning transformations. You’ll consult with clients to uncover their true learning needs, design effective solutions, and oversee delivery with precision and purpose.
In this leadership role, you’ll collaborate closely with Program and Learning Architects (PLAs) to craft proposals, manage execution excellence, and build long-term client partnerships. You’ll also be instrumental in identifying opportunities for account growth and ensuring every engagement delivers measurable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand expectations, constraints, and budgets, and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams.
- Analyze project scope to provide accurate effort, cost, and timeline estimates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production and support teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Review deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Identify and resolve complex challenges with sustainable, data-driven solutions.
- Build trusted client relationships and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple projects across accounts with clear governance and accountability.
- Forecast revenue and ensure adherence to financial and contractual commitments.
- Drive and monitor key project KPIs — including schedule, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate effectively with clients within the framework of contractual and project-specific obligations.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, sharing progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure transparency and trust.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.10+ years of experience in the online learning industry with a strong customer engagement background.8+ years of experience in project / program management within learning solutions or eLearning.Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional development teams.Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and client management skills.Preferred :
PMP® or PMI certification highly desirable.Experience in managing large-scale learning initiatives for global clients.
