Job descriptionTrain, mentor, and lead field teams to success. Ensure 100% field force deployment and alignment with marketing. Support internal talent growth and performance management. Meet KPIs : doctor calls, MCR, KOL coverage, YPM, etc. Implement marketing strategies effectively. Monitor competitors and provide insights for tactical adjustments. Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders. Drive ROI through effective KOL engagement and field presence. Grow second-line brands and drive successful new product launches. Uphold company reputation and professionalism in the field.
