Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Specialist( BBA or MBA freshers or interns) located in Gurgaon or Delhi . The Business Specialist will be responsible for conducting business planning, employing analytical skills to assess market trends, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include working closely with clients to understand their business needs, formulating strategies to meet those needs, managing client communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Planning and Business Analysis skills
• Proficient Analytical Skills for assessing market trends
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently on-site in Gurgaon and collaborate within a team
• Experience in digital marketing or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
