Roles & Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and maintaining : Workday integrations, dashboards, security and reports
Testing and troubleshooting : Workday integrations including WD Studio
Collaborating with stakeholders : Define business requirements and pain points with stakeholders in finance, human resources, accounting, payroll, and legal.
contributing to data and analytics strategy : Contribute to and execute on the data and analytics strategy for human resources.
Integrating Workday : Integrate Workday with other technologies and vendor systems.
Building collateral : Participate in knowledge capture sessions and help build HP delivery collateral.
Adding new features : Contribute functional expertise to the Workday product team by adding new features and workflows
Requirements
Experience Range
5 to 12 years
Technical / Functional Skills-MUST HAVE SKILLS
Workday Integration : Maintain custom integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP / REST), and other Workday tools
Workday Functional : 3 years of configuration experience implementing or maintaining following modules : Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent / Performance, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Security, or Learning.
Expertise in Workday Reporting and Security
Testing and Deployment : Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end testing on integrations to ensure accuracy and reliability prior to deployment.
Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
Certifications in Integration Core,CCTPP and Studio are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented way.
Ready to work in 4 hrs overlap with US Central Time
