Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Food Technology, or related discipline.
15–20 years of experience in large-scale food service management, institutional catering, or hospitality operations and have knowledge in maintaining the hostel rooms.
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, cost analysis, and hygiene standards.
Ability to analyze sales and purchase data, optimize operations, and introduce innovative food concepts for students and staff.
Proven leadership skills to supervise canteen and hostel kitchen teams across both campuses.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of canteen and hostel dining facilities.
Implement quality, hygiene, and cost-control systems.
Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for the Society.
