About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional HR Head to oversee all Human Resources functions within a designated region of operations. This critical leadership role involves strategic planning, talent management, employee development, and ensuring comprehensive compliance with employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness and performance within the region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Planning & Collaboration
- Develop and implement HR strategies that are fully aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth plans.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support broader organizational goals and initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Management
Lead the entire recruitment process for the region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment is both timely and effectiveEmployee Relations & Engagement
Foster positive employee relations by fairly and promptly addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.Implement strategies designed to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across the region.Performance Management & Development
Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate goal-setting processes.Identify regional training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.Support career development and succession planning initiatives.HR Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Ensure absolute compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.Stay current on legal developments and industry best practices to mitigate risks and maintain a positive work environment.HR Metrics and Reporting
Collect and analyze HR data to track key metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and workforce demographics.Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform crucial decision-making.Candidate Qualifications :
A Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.12+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.Experience is preferably in the Ecommerce, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, or SCM industry.In-depth knowledge of core HR principles, practices, and regulations.Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to effectively manage and develop an HR team.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
