Job descriptionऑडियो लाइव-स्ट्रीमिंग, MCN या संबंधित इंडस्ट्रीज़ में पूर्व बिजनेस डेवलपमेंट (BD) अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी; मौजूदा एजेंसी / स्ट्रीमर या वीआईपी यूज़र संसाधन होना बहुत बड़ा प्लस है। मज़बूत हेडहंटिंग और नेगोशिएशन स्किल्स; स्वतंत्र रूप से काम करने की क्षमता, मज़बूत ओनरशिप और रिज़ल्ट-ओरिएंटेशन। हिंदी भाषा में दक्षता आवश्यक; अंग्रेज़ी में अच्छा कमांड (लिखित और मौखिक दोनों) कार्य-भाषा के रूप में अपेक्षित। एक्सेल में प्रवीणता और बेसिक डेटा एनालिसिस स्किल्स। स्नातक की डिग्री या उससे ऊपर।

भूमिका के बारे में :
यह भूमिका होस्टिंग एजेंसियों, होस्ट्स, और हाई-वैल्यू यूज़र्स के साथ साझेदारी विकसित करके और हेडहंटिंग के माध्यम से रेवन्यू ग्रोथ बढ़ाने पर केंद्रित है।
मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ :
- लाइव-स्ट्रीमिंग एजेंसियों और स्ट्रीमर्स की भर्ती, ट्रेनिंग और मैनेजमेंट (खासकर प्रतियोगियों, सोशल मीडिया और पर्सनल नेटवर्क से हेडहंटिंग के ज़रिए)।
- एजेंसियों और स्ट्रीमर्स से जुड़े मामलों को संभालना तथा तेज़ और प्रभावी तरीके से समस्याओं का समाधान करना।
- हाई-वैल्यू यूज़र्स (मुख्य खर्च करने वाले / वीआईपी) की पहचान करना और उनके साथ रिश्ते बनाए रखना।
- नियमित रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराना और टीमवर्क व सहयोग को कुशलतापूर्वक सुनिश्चित करना।
