Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Mumbai. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies. Additional tasks include reporting on sales metrics, managing customer inquiries, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

Proven Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Lead Generation capability and experience
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
