🛠 What you’ll do :
- Talk to customers over WhatsApp / calls and solve order-related queries
- Help people track their orders, solve complaints, and answer questions politely
- Coordinate with our kitchen & delivery team to resolve issues
- Take feedback from customers and share it with the team
- Make sure every customer feels cared for (they’re our priority!)
