Senior Tableau Data Consultant (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Data Consultant - Tableau Expert at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects, primarily focusing on building impactful visualizations and dashboards that drive business decisions.

The candidate is expected to lead the following work-streams :

• Partner with business teams to understand analytical needs and translate them into intuitive, interactive dashboards.
• Design and develop scalable, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau.
• Define and implement visualization best practices to ensure clarity, consistency, and performance.
• Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and availability for reporting.
• Lead dashboard requirement gathering sessions and translate business KPIs into visual formats.
• Conduct training and enablement sessions for client teams to maximize dashboard adoption.
• Hire, develop, and mentor junior visualization analysts in the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve dashboard capabilities and user experience
