GCOI (Grocery Catalog Ops and Intel) is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer with excellent technical and analytical abilities. If you are a self-starter someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a passion for building scalable long-term solutions then you are the right candidate for our this role the candidate would work closely with operations product / program and tech teams across the US Grocery business to build a variety of bespoke data solutions that directly impact the business top and bottom lines.

The position is based in Hyderabad but will interact daily with leaders in NA and IN.

We seek a quick-learner who can quickly familiarize themselves with a fast-paced environment build relationships with cross-functional teams and assume ownership for a broad array of domains. Flexibility and an ability to prioritize will be key. Our team culture is goal-oriented collaborative and driven to achieve results.

Key job responsibilities

Explore and develop expertise with internal Amazon data services and AWS products.

Design develop and maintain scalable automated user-friendly systems reports dashboards etc. that will support our analytical and business needs.

Use analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions. Analyze and validate data to maintain high data quality bar.

Own advanced data extraction and basic data engineering needs for your customers.

Own the maintenance of ongoing metrics reports and other artifacts used to drive key business decisions.

Create high quality documentation for your customers and team members.

Work with team members and business customers to gather requirements.

About the team

Grocery Catalog Operations and Intel (GCOI) supports Amazons Grocery Catalog through New Item Setup Audits & Edits SOP management Data management Process Automation etc.

• 3 years of program or project management experience
• 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelors degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3 years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes project management and schedules
