Job descriptionEnsure high availability and performance of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO, MicroStrategy). Support real-time system observability and incident response for BI platforms and solutions. Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI / ML, and CloudOps teams to optimize BI performance and query efficiency. Provide technical support and operational coordination to ensure SLA adherence and business continuity. Partner with IT, compliance, and business teams to ensure regulatory alignment and security. Deliver updates on system health, risk assessments, and BIOps maturity progress. Support Agile practices and operational alignment during work intake and execution cycles. Contribute to developing and enforcing structured policies, automation frameworks, and standardized procedures. Promote a customer-centric approach in resolving BI operational issues and improving user experience. Foster a high-performance culture through team support, agile adaptability, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
BIOps Program Management
- Assist in managing enterprise BIOps programs aligned with global data strategies and governance models.
- Support implementation of automation, self-healing, and alerting systems to increase BI platform uptime.
- Help standardize and streamline BI workflows, dashboard refreshes, and report automation.
- Participate in the development of BI operational frameworks and governance execution roadmaps.
