Role : Test Centre Manager (Education Technology)
Location : Gurugram
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Management
- Ensure the test centre opens and closes on time.
- Organise daily test schedules and allocate resources appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional testing environment.
- Ensure all equipment (computers, cameras, biometric systems) is functioning.
Security & Compliance
Staff Supervision
Must have- Exp with Team handling, Customer support, Problem resolution
