Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee complete RCM operations Charge Entry, Coding, Billing, Payment Posting, Denial Management, and AR follow-up.
- Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and team development activities.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold Prochants quality and operational standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams for workflow optimization and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong expertise in US Healthcare RCM with complete process knowledge.Experience as a Team Lead or Acting Senior Team Lead in RCM Operations.Proven ability to lead teams, manage escalations, and deliver results.DME (Durable Medical Equipment) process knowledge is an added advantage.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Proficiency in RCM tools, EHR systems, and MS Office applications.Preference for candidates with good stability in previous rolesSkills Required
