We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals through our products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyze customer data and metrics to drive decisions and strategies.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
