Job description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong track record in building enterprise SaaS products from the ground up. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and launching platforms such as WMS, ERP, TMS, HRMS, or FMS, particularly in startup, e-commerce, or D2C environments. The candidate will own the product lifecycle, from concept through execution and iteration.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following :

Product Development and Roadmap :

  • Define, own, and execute the product roadmap across various modules (WMS, ERP, TMS, etc.).
  • Prioritize features and functionality based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Drive MVP development, testing, and iteration for early adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders with product goals and timelines.
  • Work with Growth and Sales to enable successful product launches.

    • Performance Monitoring and Iteration :

  • Establish and monitor product KPIs (adoption, usage, performance).
  • Conduct user feedback loops and make data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure continuous product improvement and scalability.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA / MTech is

    • a plus- tire 1 / tire 2 colleges preferred )

  • 7-12 years of experience in product management, specifically in SaaS / enterprise tech.
  • Proven experience in building software products like WMS, ERP, TMS, HRMS, or FMS from

    • scratch.

  • Prior experience in startups, e-commerce, or logistics tech -D2C driven industries.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product designs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities. ( Python / R Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, Mixpanel, Postman, etc.

    • Preferred Competencies :

  • Exposure to API architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and database systems.
  • Experience in mobile-first or multi-device product development.
  • Understanding of supply chain, logistics, finance, or HR tech domains.
  • Strong UX sensitivity and ability to work closely with design teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
