- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal design teams for campaign creatives and collaterals.
- Ensure campaign alignment with brand tone, seasonal themes, and regional preferences.
- Track campaign KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and store footfall uplift.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure timely delivery of assets and execution.
Influencer & Content Collaboration :
Identify and onboard relevant influencers, jewellery stylists, lifestyle bloggers, and micro-creators across Instagram, YouTube, and regional platforms.Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation for influencer partnerships.Plan influencer-led shoots, reels, testimonials, and styling sessions featuring the brand's jewellery.Curate influencer briefs to ensure brand message consistency and compliance with campaign guidelines.Track influencer performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, ROI).Social & Digital Integration :
Collaborate with the social media team to integrate campaign storytelling across platforms.Support content planning for product reveals, behind-the-scenes shoots, and influencer visits.Work with paid media teams to amplify influencer and campaign content.In-Store & Event Integration :
Coordinate with retail teams for campaign rollouts and event-based activations (store inaugurations, product launches, festive previews).Support influencer visits, live styling events, or jewellery try-on sessions at stores.Analysis & Reporting :
Maintain reports on campaign outcomes, influencer ROI, engagement levels, and learnings.Benchmark against industry best practices and competitor activities.Skills Required
