Location : Goa
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead daily barista operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee, and beverages with consistency.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, equipment, and international coffee trends.
- Train, mentor, and manage the barista team on brewing techniques, customer service, and café etiquette.
- Oversee inventory management of coffee, milk, and related supplies; ensure minimal wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of coffee equipment and workstations.
- Collaborate with management to design seasonal coffee menus, specials, and signature drinks.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure a premium guest experience.
- Handle cash register / POS in coordination with café operations if required.
- Ensure compliance with café SOPs, quality control, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Barista (3+ years), with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, latte art, espresso calibration, brewing equipment, and recipes.Passionate about coffee trends, innovation, and customer experience.Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours.Perks & Benefits :
