We are seeking a General Manager – Quality to oversee our quality management initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance, leading teams, and implementing strategies to ensure compliance and enhance product quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to maintain high-quality standards in all processes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.12-15 years of experience in quality management or a related field.Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.Experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in quality data analysis and metrics reporting.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
