As our business grows, we are seeking a Dispatch Associate to join us immediately , helping us maintain efficiency, communicate effectively, and take ownership of their role.

What You’ll Do
Pickup Coordination
- Coordinate daily pickups to ensure they run on time and without issues.
- Track order volumes, schedule drivers, and plan efficient routes.
- Assign vehicles and follow up to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
- Liaise with truck rental partners when vehicles are required or issues arise.
- Monitor drivers in real time and take quick initiative to resolve delays or incidents independently.
Client & Team Communication
Communicate with clients and sellers via phone and email to confirm pickup times, provide updates, and manage last-minute changes.Keep internal teams informed to ensure smooth operations between pickups and deliveries.Maintain accurate daily records to support transparency and accountability.Process Support
Keep logs, records, reports, and checklists up to date.Assist with delivery dispatch during peak periods.Actively share process improvement ideas and take ownership of implementing small improvements to enhance system speed and reliability.What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics coordination.Strong English communication skills; Hindi is an asset.Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.Based in India and available Monday to Friday (9-hour shifts) and Saturday (4 hours) during Eastern Standard Time business hours.Willingness to follow the Canadian work calendar and holidays, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.Immediate availability to join.Why Join Us
