We are expanding rapidly and are seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager who can lead people, build systems, and scale revenue .
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales leadership, and operations management . You will oversee the Sales Department, coordinate with U.S. leadership, and ensure all teams deliver consistent performance and client satisfaction.

Role Overview
Hours : 4 PM – 1 AM IST (with PST overlap)
Type : Full-time (Remote, India-based)
Compensation : Very competitive, commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
Hire, train, and motivate 2 – 4 Sales Executives working PST hoursSet daily / weekly targets and run performance reviewsConduct role-plays and coaching sessions to improve conversion ratesManage CRM pipelines (HubSpot / Pipedrive) and track follow-upsReview calls and reports, reward top performers, and flag issuesCoordinate with CEO for complex client closings and pricing decisions2. Business Development & Process Management
Design and enforce SOPs for sales → onboarding → service deliveryIdentify partnerships and growth opportunitiesManage renewals, referrals, and upsell programsGenerate weekly revenue and KPI dashboardsDrive automation and system efficiency across departments3. People & Team Management
Lead a hybrid India–U.S. team with clear communication and accountabilityHold daily stand-up and handover calls for sales and operationsTrack attendance, productivity, and compliance with company standardsMediate internal issues and build a positive, results-oriented culture4. Reporting & Accountability
Maintain real-time performance dashboards in Google Sheets / ClickUpSubmit weekly summary reports to CEO covering leads, deals, and team statusEnsure all client data is accurate and timely in CRM systemsIdeal Candidate Profile
