We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Finance Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on Technical Hiring along with HR operations, payroll, compliance, and finance coordination.
Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Key Responsibilities :
1. HR & Recruitment
- Managing end-to-end recruitment with a focus on Technical Hiring .
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their technical skills and qualifications.
- Sourcing and engaging top talent through social media, job boards, and networking.
- Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner & negotiating job offers for new hires.
- Handling recruitment for non-technical roles across the organization.
- Designing and implementing HR policies to improve employee productivity and engagement.
- Overseeing on boarding, induction, attendance, and leave management to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee development, benefits, and exit formalities.
- Facilitating learning & development frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Administering payroll, compliance, and benefits processes efficiently.
- Ensuring adherence to HR compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
2. Admin & Vendor Management
Coordinating with vendors ensure cost-effective and timely deliverables.Handling procurement and office administration including purchase of project essentials.Managing reimbursements and streamline background verification processes.Maintaining smooth administrative operations to support all departments.3. Finance Coordination (Non-Accounting Role)
Acting as a link between internal teams and the vendors for all financial and compliance-related matters.Handling payment coordination , including import remittances and bank transfers.Maintaining and track all financial documents.Ensuring timely submission of documents for compliance.Keeping comprehensive and organized records for easy audit readiness and reporting.Skills Required :
Strong expertise in Technical and Non-Technical Recruitment.Knowledge of HR Operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.Ability to coordinate effectively with internal & external team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.Familiarity with HRMS tools would be highly beneficial.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with integrityQualifications Required :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of relevant experience in HR & Finance roles, preferably within a technical or engineering organization.Prior experience in finance coordination and vendor management will be an advantage.
