Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment :

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified IT candidates.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.

Coordinate the interview process and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in negotiating offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations :

Support HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Maintain and update HR records and employee databases.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Support payroll processing.

Qualifications :

Masters or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.

Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation.

Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
