We are looking to hire a receptionist to join our teamand ensure that the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently. You will act asthe first point of contact for clients, visitors, and other professionals whovisit our office.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of prior experience working as a receptionist
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizationalabilities, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
Greeting clients and visitors : You will be responsiblefor greeting clients and visitors when they arrive at the firm. You will berequired to be professional, friendly, and helpful at all times.Answering and directing phone calls : You will be responsiblefor answering all incoming calls and directing them to the concerned person.Take Messages : When answering calls or when clients comeinto the office, you will be required to take detailed, informative messagesand coordinate with the concerned person.Scheduling appointments and booking conference rooms : Youwill be responsible for scheduling appointments for client meetings and bookingconference rooms. You may also need to reschedule appointments and ensure thatthe schedule and meetings runs smoothly.Managing correspondence : You will be required to manageincoming and outgoing correspondence, including mails, and emails.Providing general administrative support : You may beresponsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as preparingdocuments, managing office supplies, and running errands.Ensuring office security : You will be responsible formonitoring the office and ensuring that it is secure. You may need to monitorsecurity cameras, lock doors, and check IDs for visitors.
