Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for upon arrival at the hospital.Manage front desk operations, including answering inquiries, redirecting calls, and providing necessary information efficiently.Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring time slots are utilized effectively while minimizing conflicts.Maintain an accurate log of daily appointments and manage patient flow in coordination with medical staff.Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining patient records, and processing documentation.Uphold hospital policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Assist in resolving any patient queries or issues promptly, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.Support administrative and healthcare staff in fulfilling their duties and improving the patient experience.
