About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer  with in-depth expertise in  Laravel  and the  TALL stack  (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire / Filament) to assist us in building, scaling, and maintaining our portfolio of enterprise healthcare applications. You’ll play a critical role in designing and developing backend and frontend architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring other developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build robust, scalable Laravel applications with a clean and maintainable codebase.
• Lead the implementation of custom components and interactive dashboards.
• Collaborate on frontend development using Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS, ensuring responsive and accessible UIs.
• Write efficient, testable, and reusable code following modern Laravel best practices.
• Integrate APIs and manage data flows across internal and external systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Stay current with emerging trends in Laravel and the broader PHP and JavaScript ecosystems.
