Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the assigned region.
- Develop and execute monthly / quarterly sales strategies to exceed business targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs, connectors, and other channel partners to ensure consistent business inflow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate leads and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular training and engagement activities with channel partners to enhance productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise end-to-end loan application and documentation process ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
- Monitor competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from sourcing to disbursal, while managing escalations effectively.
- Maintain regular reports and updates on pipeline, lead status, partner performance, and market feedback.
Candidate Requirements :
Education : Graduate (any discipline); MBA in Sales / Finance is preferred.Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years in sales, preferably in Loan Against Property, Mortgage, or Secured Loans .Proven ability to develop and manage partner networks (DSA / connectors).Good understanding of LAP documentation, credit underwriting basics, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a competitive environment.Skills Required
