Position Overview :

Elevate your career as a Field Sales Executive, Senior Field Sales Manager, or Sales Head at Star

Estate. If you possess enthusiasm, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for real estate,

we encourage you to explore this opportunity.

Responsibilities :

Senior Sales Manager (In addition to the above) :

  • Lead and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance the team's performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills for senior roles.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
