What You'll Do.
(a) Performance Marketing & UA.
- Scale Meta, Google UAC, YouTube, Display, and Affiliate channels with multi-crore budgets.
- Continuously experiment with audiences, structures, and creatives to drive down CAC.
- Run always-on creator partnerships + AI-assisted UGC / vernacular / video creative pipelines.
- Own funnel metrics : CPI, CPT, CPS, install - subscription - sale, CAC, LTV.
(b) Analytics & Attribution.
Set up + refine GA4, GTM (client / server), Branch, MoEngage.Implement Meta CAPI, Google conversions, SKAN 5, server-side attribution.Build + monitor CAC / LTV cohorts, funnel drop-offs, creative matrices.Turn data into actionable decisions : scale fast, kill faster.(c) AI-Powered Marketing.
Use AI tools for creative insights, optimization, audience intelligence.Automate reporting, bidding, and experiments using AI / ML workflows.Explore new AI use cases (predictive LTV, personalization, automated A / B tests).(d) Experimentation & Growth.
Run structured test frameworks (creative matrices, split tests).Rapidly validate hypotheses and measure incrementality.Move fast, stay rigorous, scale only what proves ROI-positive.What We're Looking For :
3-6 years in performance / App growth (fintech, subscription, consumer tech preferred).Proven record scaling Meta + Google with - 50L+ monthly budgets.Hands-on with GA4, GTM, Branch / AppsFlyer / Adjust, event tracking + server setups.Strong analytical brain : CAC / LTV modeling, funnel analysis, SQL basics.Experience running UGC + creator engines and data-led creative optimization.Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Pencil, AdCreative, Zapier, etc.Scrappy executor with bias for action - you create momentum, not meetings.Bonus : experience with affiliate performance, subscription funnels, or predictive modeling.(ref : iimjobs.com)
