About the role : We are looking for a
performance marketing expert
with a proven track record of driving high-velocity user acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing paid channels at scale, combined with a growth hacker mindset and strong analytical rigor. You'll own the full paid marketing funnel and directly contribute to our most critical charter : scaling aggressively across India, the US, and international markets.
What you'll do :
Manage and own all paid channels to generate a continuous flow of leads
Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, remarketing, video marketing, and other performance channels
Manage monthly marketing budgets of at least INR 50 lakhs with disciplined ROI tracking
Strategize and execute lead generation campaigns tailored for India, the US, and select international markets
Own monthly acquisition targets for MQLs and SQLs, driving consistent pipeline growth
Optimize landing pages for both mobile and desktop users to maximize conversion rates
Collaborate closely with the business development team to ensure marketing objectives are met
Plan, monitor, maintain, and report on monthly marketing budgets, performance data, and campaign insights
Ensure all marketing communications adhere to business and brand guidelines
Monitor competition and share industry best practices with the team
What we're looking for :
Hands-on paid marketing expertise :
Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager is a must
Experience :
At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success running large-scale paid campaigns
Growth hacker mindset :
Strong analytical bent with the ability to find insights, test hypotheses, and optimize relentlessly
Data fluency :
Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics platforms to drive decision-making
Unmatched enthusiasm :
Ability to keep up with the pace of the business and the team
Bonus if you have :
Experience working in or with global edtech or consumer brands
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools like LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Salesforce
