About the Role

Our client is seeking a  Project Manager - Strategy  to join their Strategy team and play a pivotal role in building and scaling their emerging General Insurance business. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will work directly with the Head of Strategy to drive critical projects, set up new processes, and enable execution excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic initiatives from concept to execution, with a focus on building business capabilities from the ground up.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align objectives, solve problems, and drive project outcomes.
• Act as the execution engine for strategic projects, ensuring clarity, timelines, and accountability across teams.
• Deliver high-quality executive presentations and reports to communicate project insights, recommendations, and progress.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and business modeling to support decision-making.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and delivery without formal authority.
• Stay updated on industry trends and bring an execution-first approach to scaling the business.
