Key Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Roadmap : Define and prioritize platform initiatives in collaboration with product leadership. Build a clear and scalable roadmap focused on data-centric platform capabilities.
• End-to-End Product Ownership : Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery meets performance, quality, and timeline goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Use KPIs, analytics, and customer insights to inform prioritization, track impact, and optimize the product backlog.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with design, QA, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to deliver cohesive product experiences.
• Product Launch & GTM : Lead go-to-market planning, stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful feature adoption and user engagement.
• Customer-Centric Mindset : Make product decisions rooted in logic, analysis, and a clear understanding of customer needs and value.
• Stay Current : Monitor trends across healthcare IT, AI, ML, and platform technologies to inform roadmap decisions and ensure strategic alignment.
• Drive Innovation : Continuously identify opportunities to enhance platform capabilities, improve performance, and drive competitive advantage.
