We are looking for a Senior Manager Software Development, who can own product deliverables, from product map creation to launch, for our customers.

In addition, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, team productivity, and new technology implementation in your teams.

Key responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the customer to create a roadmap for the product & set up key milestones to be achieved by the team.
• Create project plans and estimates, manage risks and providing status reports to the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Implement critical software development processes to improve the quality of work.
• Solve critical business problems by using latest tools & technologies or innovative architecture / solution.
• Hire and build a distributed team committed to achieving high standards of design, scale and deliverables. We hire developers mainly from top 2% engineering colleges in India.
