Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor based in Pune. As an Admission Counselor, you will engage with students and parents to provide guidance on college and course selection. Your day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, answering inquiries, delivering presentations, and offering personalized counseling to address specific needs. Additionally, you will assist students through the enrollment process, ensure clear communication of information, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication to effectively connect with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and a client-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and relationship building.
• Experience or competency in Sales targeted toward educational services is highly valuable.
• A solid understanding of the Education sector and enrollment processes is beneficial.
• Additional qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and bilingual communication abilities will be an asset.
