Job Description
We are looking for self-motivated professionals with a passion for delivering WOW experiences to customers and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our Inbound Sales team. As an Inbound Sales Specialist , you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into loyal customers. You should be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails, generating interest, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve the monthly / quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned Territory
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
