Education - Any Graduate, Preferred from hotel management background
Exp - 0 to 2 years
Languages - Telugu, English, and Hindi must.
Job Description
- Carry out Check ins / Checkouts at Reception.
- handle complete guest documentation.
- Manage transactions, provide receipts and generate invoices.
- Handle in house Guest requests and tele calls
- Update daily reports.
- Assist manager in admin and logistics.
Qualification / Skills
Graduate.Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.Good working knowledge of MS Office with special focus on Excel and email writingSalary & Working hrs
Starting Salary from 20k and above based on skills and experience.Working hrs 8am to 8pm. Or 8am. to 6 pm.Willingness to do night shifts. 8pm. to 8am.3 Month probation.Skills Required
