Job Description : Front Office Executive cum GRE (Guest Relations Executive)
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive cum GRE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our Guests, patients and visitors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the moment they arrive. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of patient care and hospitality. Immediate joiners are required.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management : Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.Patient & Guest Relations : Serve as the primary Guest Relations Executive, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and empathetically. Provide a high level of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.Appointment & Scheduling : Manage the scheduling of patient appointments, registrations, and check-ins / check-outs efficiently. Coordinate with various departments and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow.Administrative Tasks : Handle incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence, and emails. Maintain accurate patient records, billing details, and insurance information in the hospital's database.Billing & Payments : Assist with billing and payment collection, including processing invoices and handling insurance claims.Coordination : Coordinate with other hospital staff and departments to ensure seamless communication and a well-coordinated patient care journey.Skills & Requirements
Experience : Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or a similar role is essential. Candidates with a strong background in the healthcare industry will be highly preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience is required.Knowledge : A proper and thorough knowledge of receptionist and front-office activities is a must. This includes appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and record-keeping procedures.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language are crucial for effective interaction with patients and staff.Technical Proficiency : Must be proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, and be familiar with hospital management systems or electronic health records (EHR) software.Personal Attributes : The candidate should be professional, empathetic, and possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A calm and composed demeanor is essential to handle high-pressure situations and patient concerns effectively.Education : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred.Languages Known : Native Language( Mandatory) English,Hindi.Salary & Location
Salary : The salary will be based on market standards and will be competitive with the industry.
