Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Executive based in Noida. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, and ensuring effective procurement processes. The role includes liaising with internal teams and external vendors to maintain seamless supply chain operations and meet organizational objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities will also involve monitoring vendor performance, addressing procurement-related inquiries, and maintaining accurate purchase documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions processing
• Experience in Purchase Management and Procurement processes
• Excellent Communication skills for internal and external coordination
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools is advantageous
• Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
