Role : Events Associate

We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive Events Associate to support our team in delivering flawless events. This is a hands-on role that will cover many aspects of event planning and execution. Key responsibilities include :

• Managing RSVPs and guest lists : managing Whatsapp manager, tracking responses, liaising with families and guests, updating databases.
• Coordinating rooming and transport logistics : managing accommodation bookings, guest arrivals / departures, transfers and assisting with check-ins.
• Supporting content creation : writing blog posts, social media captions, newsletter pieces or event recaps.
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams : décor, AV / sound, lighting, makeup artists, entertainers and on-site event crew.
• Helping maintain event documentation and timelines : vendor contracts, checklists, event flow charts, post-event reporting.
• Assisting in the creation of event proposals
• Supporting with on-site coordination during events
