Software Engineer

Job Title : Senior Software Engineer Location : Pune, India (Hybrid – with flexibility for remote work)

About the Role :

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team at Gokool. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling our enterprise SaaS platform, working across the entire tech stack. From designing robust backend services to crafting intuitive frontend experiences, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet real-world customer needs.

What You’ll Do :

Develop and deliver product features as part of a 2-week sprint cycle

Build full stack features optimized for the Salesforce environment

Collaborate with product, design, and QA to implement new features

Own and solve complex technical problems end-to-end

Write clean, secure, and high-performance code

Review design, code and mentor junior engineers

Debug and resolve production issues to ensure stability

What We’re Looking For :

BE / BTech in Computer Science, MCA, or an equivalent degree

5+ years of experience developing full stack applications in a product or SaaS environment

Strong command of JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or

Proficient in server-side languages like Java or C#

Solid understanding of RDBMS and SQL

Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and SOLID principles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sharp problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience with GraphQL or TypeScript

Exposure to automated testing frameworks

Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments
