Function : IT Department

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in ZOHO development & implementation

Responsibility :

Following are specifics responsibility for this role :

1. Implementation of all Zoho ONE Applications.

2. ZOHO Modules Customization, Implementation, Maintenance, Training.

3. Software Implementation, Ticketing Tools, Mobile Applications, Software Support, Technical Documentation.

4. Excel proficiency.

5. IT Asset Management.

6. IT General Trouble-shooting and maintenance.

A ZOHO modules example are as follows :

• Sales / CRM- Contacts, Enquiries, Costing, Quotation, Proforma, Invoices, Sales persons report.
• Purchase, Payroll- Salary, Incentive, Expenses, GPS Attendance.
• Payroll- Salary, Incentive, Expenses, GPS Attendance.
• Production- Design, Quotation, Bill of Material, Planning & Execution.
• Inventory.
