Product Designer 2

Overview

By joining Microsoft's Business & Industry Copilot (BIC) team, you will play a pivotal role in envisioning, designing, and developing AI Agentic experiences—one of the most highly anticipated Copilot capabilities. You will also contribute to building enterprise experiences on Dynamics 365, driving a transformative revolution in sales, service, and support enterprise applications.

As a Product Designer II, IC on the Customer Experience team, you will craft user-centered, innovative design solutions that enhance both the emotional and functional aspects of enterprise products. This role focuses on delivering seamless end-to-end AI Agentic user experiences while balancing technical and business objectives. You will collaborate across teams to define, develop, and refine product features, communicate compelling product narratives, and mentor product designers to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Bachelor's degree in industrial design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ post degree full-time years' experience working in product or service design
• OR master's degree in industrial design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ year's post degree full time experience working in product or service design
• OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems)

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings :  Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
