About Craft My Plate

Craft My Plate is a fast-growing food-tech startup reimagining how people celebrate. From curated platters to premium dining experiences, we’re on a mission to make group dining seamless, memorable, and delightful.

We’re now looking for a Senior Product Designer (5+ years experience) to join our team and lead design across our mobile app and internal platforms. You’ll have ownership of the end-to-end design process — from research and ideation to polished experiences that scale.

🚀 What You’ll Do

🎨 Craft intuitive mobile-first experiences that delight users and drive engagement.

🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and marketers to bring ideas to life.

🧩 Build and scale our design system, ensuring consistency and quality.

📊 Lead usability testing & feedback loops, turning insights into impactful iterations.

👩‍🎨 Shape design culture at Craft My Plate — mentor junior designers and set a high creative bar.

✅ What We’re Looking For

5+ years in product design, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced startup environment.

Strong Figma expertise and proven ability to ship mobile-first products.

A design degree (HCI, Interaction, Visual, or similar).

A strong portfolio showcasing consumer apps and internal tools.

A passion for problem-solving through design and creating measurable business impact.

💡 Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in food-tech, e-commerce, or consumer-facing apps.

Exposure to designing for scale (thousands of users, multiple flows).

Curiosity for emerging tools (AI-assisted design, prototyping, or productivity hacks).
