Product Designer

Job descriptionHas at least 3+ years relevant design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products / FinTech products A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality, well-crafted experiences Experience partnering closely with product, engineering and other cross-functional teams to help drive product direction Demonstrated ability to wrangle lots of competing priorities, points of views, as well as user and business needs to come up with scalable solution Eye for detail and the ability to continuously iterate to make design better
Job Summary :
This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the HighRadius products ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product experience
- Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs and accessible digital interfaces
- Produce exceptional, user-focused designs and digital interfaces that are accessible.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, to shape design and execution
- Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration
